Trump Will Appeal, But He Just Lost To Cy Vance In Federal Court In NY — On His/Mazars LLP’s Tax Return Document Production

No surprise. And, before too long we should see that the DC appellate courts have agreed with the trial courts, in the Congressional subpoena version of these same disputes. That could come any day — be handed down in the DC Circuit.

In the mean-time, the dotard has appealed this decision to the Second Circuit. He will lose, again. He is no king — he is just a public servant, in the eyes of our founders.
